Walk of Sorrows

The 2022 Walk of Sorrow on Orange Shirt Day information is available on our Event page below.

We are pre-selling Orange Shirts for the event that can be picked up a half hour prior to the walk.

The walk will end at Parc du Moulin (yes, we will cross the highway with protection from bylaw and OPP) and will gather for music, dancing, storytelling, workshops, learning opportunities and to meet some of our community partners and sponsors who are support and understand that we must mourn the children lost and celebrate the resiliency of the Indigenous community. Come and join us for a ceremonial fire, food and to hear some of the areas best local performers in commemoration of this important day.
